- Landlord handles major repairs and infrastructure.
8. Termination
- Early termination only allowed for legal cause or with Landlord's consent.
- Tenant must give written notice for any such request.
- Apartment must be returned in proper condition with no damage beyond normal wear and tear.
9. Move-In / Move-Out Protocol
- Both parties shall sign a condition report (Übergabeprotokoll) at move-in and move-out.
- All keys must be returned to the Landlord.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by German tenancy law.
