I have recently been accepted into Yorks MBA program and will be moving to Toronto in mid-August! I am looking for a place to rent in Toronto to call home - for a minimum of 16-20 months 🙂
Anticipated move in date: August 15 (can swing August 1 if it’s the right fit)
Preferred neighbourhood: the Annex, OR close to the subway line that goes to York
Rent spectrum: $800-1250

About Me:
I am 31 years old, born and raised in Van though have lived internationally.
I love music, dance (contemporary), outdoor adventuring, snowboarding, camping, festival culture, craft beer, art, and yoga.
For shared accomodation: I am looking to live with 1 - 2 young professionals who are at a similar stage in life. As I’m about to start my MBA I need to mature household to study and relax.
I appreciate a social environment that also respects everyone’s personal spaces.
What I care about:
I value conscientious living dearly! I am mostly vegetarian though enjoy meat and fish on occasion. I value assertive communication and open mindedness.
I appreciate an orderly space though am not fanatical about this.. I like to feel a space is properly used as a home.
