Looking for a flat to rent in Dublin starting on February 1st

My name is Pedro Staudt. I am a Brazilian/Hungarian (EU) citizen and I am in the process of moving from Budapest (Hungary) to Dublin (Ireland) since I have received and accepted an offer to be a Procurement Manager at a British Company.

As part of my moving process I am looking for a flat to rent in Dublin starting on February 1st. My parameters are the following:

Studio or 1 bedroom

Rent up to 1500 EUR + utilities 

Next to a Luas or Dart Station

Preferentially South Dublin (I will be working at Gran Canal, therefore the closest to Gran Canal, the best)

I am planning to be in Dublin between January 18 and 25th and I would love to personally check the flat you are offering and if it is the case sign the paperwork and settle the payment. In case it is needed, it is possible for me to travel to Dublin earlier if it is more convenient for you.

I am able to offer a personal reference from an Irish citizen as well as company reference from my employer. If needed I also have no problem providing proof of employment and proof of income.

I think it is important to notice that I would be moving by myself for the first 6 months and then my wife would be joining me.
