I’m a female tourist from spain, age 33. i’m responsible, quiet, easygoing, non-smoker, drinker, no party, no drugs. I’m looking for a room in a shared accommodation for rent in toronto with the following characteristics: *Location: downtown preferred, or anywhere where it takes me maximum 15 min travel time to downtown. *Furnished: yes, double bed with comfortable seating desk and chair, with all the bed linen,duvet, pillow,etc.. *Term: 3-4 months. starting from third week of july approximately. *Mixed or female gender household. I wont’ live there if there’s only one man. *Room must have a lock. *Budget: 800-1000. *

I’m also a landlord so i know the importance of getting the right tenants. the room is for myself only.
