Ideally somewhere central but tbh I’m not fussy. Areas like Friedrichshain / Kreuzberg / Lichtenberg / Rummelberg / even Mitte would be ideal! My budget is €600 max. I’m fairly flexible on dates but ideally want to find somewhere by August.
I’m a remote worker so I like my environment to be clean and reasonably chilled out during the day. Looking for housemates who like to hang out and socialise, but I am also very happy when I’m on my own – so I can offer the best of both worlds.
I’m a non-smoker myself but I don’t mind smokers… pet and plant friendly!
I work in the music industry so naturally I love a party and a few beers , but also don’t mind movies 🍿nights in / more chilled vibe sessions. I am clean, tidy and respectful of other people’s space / as well as communal areas ect!
