Looking for a long-term or short-term sublet or dorm room or WG furnished room or apartment for rent in Munich with KVR

Hello everyone! Hope you all are doing great. 👋

I am Mayank ( 24 years old) from New Delhi, India. I am pursuing my PhD at TU Munich and will arrive in Germany on the 15th of January. I am looking for a long-term or short-term sublet/dorm room/WG furnished room/apartment for rent in Munich with KVR-possible from late January 2023 in Munich (dates are negotiable).

I will be joining as a fully funded PhD student, so there won’t be any problem for me to pay the rent on time. I’m a quiet, friendly, neat, and tidy person! In addition to playing volleyball and chess, I love watching movies, listening to music, photography, and traveling. I don’t smoke and have no pets, but I can adjust with a pet. I am fluent in English, Hindi, Bengali and learning German & French as well.

Besides the ones renting their rooms/apartments, I will be very happy if those looking for a roommate also contact me.
