I’ve just moved to Toronto from New Zealand for work as a Software Engineer and in need of a apartment to rent in Toronto (shared house/1 bedroom/studio/condo close to the Bank of Canada building) up to $1200/month.
Would prefer somewhere furnished and in a walking / bus distance as I am new to the city. I am easygoing, tidy, sociable and respectful.
