Looking accommodation for rent in Berlin

REAL ESTATE
Hi everyone, I'm Rossella and I I will move to Berlin around 27-28 September with my friend Dawson and looking accommodation for rent in Berlin. You will probably see this message several times until we have found accommodation. I am also looking for work at the house at the same time, so I hope to find both of them before moving there.
I have a bachelor's degree in industrial design and a master's degree in graphic design. I have an additional master in digital marketing and have completed multiple credited workshops related to the world of illustration, photography and copywriting. Dawson is beginning his master's degree at Universitat Potsdam come mid-october. I come from Italy, he comes from the United States. I have B2 level of English proficiency and an elementary comprehension of German, but I'm currently learning it. Dawson is English mothertongue and has B2 level of German comprehension. We consider ourselves tidy and responsable tenants. We are reserved, aware of our surroundings and strive to think of others in our living environment. We are also very open to making new friends and consider ourselves to be good company. Neither of us smoke or have pets. Both of us are moving in Berlin to build lives for ourselves and are heavily goal oriented. Despite this we are aware of Berlin's competitive housing market. We are not in the financial position to rent individual apartment and are therefore looking for tenants in similar position willing to live together in shared accomodation. Below are several features that we would highly prefer, but are not limited to:
- 2 rooms in the same flat or 1 room each in 2 separate houses
- in a shared flat with additional rommates that are respecteful and clean
- I prefer area: - kreuzberg - friedrichshain - mitte - very first lichtenberg and I might also consider charlottenburg and others zones; Dawson prefers Spandau, Potsdam or Kleinmachnow
- Possibility of making amneldung
- Warm rent prices upfront (no hidden fees for us to discover after move-in)
- We prefer long term contract (but even short term is fine at the beginning)
